I’m very excited to announce Quenza’s new Chat feature!
Here’s what you need to know about it…
The chat allows you to easily communicate with your clients. It fully encrypted, and no one is listening in.
Even though it works just like Whatsapp, what sets Quenza Chat apart is that you don’t risk sharing sensitive data or a client’s personal health information with big players like Google or Facebook. It’s HIPAA and GDPR compliant.
The chat is, by default, disabled.
The reason for this is that we don’t know whether you want to chat with clients.
By going to ‘Chat’ in the app, you can start a new chat with an individual client which will make the chat appear in your client’s app as well.
You can also choose to enable chat for all clients at once by going to ‘Settings’ > ‘Chat‘.
