Yes, you can switch plans anytime. Yearly plans give you a 20% off compared to paying monthly.

Yes. You can change plans at any time from the Billing section. Upgrades take effect immediately. When you downgrade, your current usage needs to fit the new plan first. If you have more clients or more practitioners than the lower plan allows, you will be asked to reduce them, for example by removing clients you no longer need, before the change goes through.

Professional seats are built into each plan. Spark, Growth, and Impact each include 1 professional. Collective includes up to 3. Beyond offers unlimited professionals. To add more professionals, move up to a plan that includes the number of seats you need.

You have two options. You can remove clients you are no longer working with, which is the only way to free up space within your plan, or you can move up to a plan with a higher limit. Note that archiving a client does not help here, because archived clients still count toward the limit. You will be prompted before you go over.

Your data is never deleted. However, features that are not part of the lower plan stop being available while you are on it. For example, moving to a plan without Groups pauses group activities and programs, calendar integrations such as Calendly and Google Calendar are switched off, and the workspace language reverts to English. If you upgrade again later, those features simply become available once more.

Subscriptions are billed securely by card through our payment provider. Every payment generates an invoice, which you can view and download any time under Billing, then Invoices.
