No, archived clients don’t count toward your subscription. You’ll only be billed for clients once they’re active again—meaning you’re only paying for the clients you’re currently working with.

Clients receive an email invitation to set up their free Quenza account. Once onboarded, they can access activities, programs, tasks and notes.
