No. You can move to the new Quenza whenever you're ready. We'll keep supporting Quenza Classic, so there's no hard deadline and no pressure to rush.

That's up to you. You can leave it active if you'd like, or close it once you're settled in the new Quenza. You won't need to pay for two subscriptions, so most people choose to close their Classic account after the move.

Everything, essentially. Your clients, activities, programs, and your account content all come across to the new Quenza. You won't have to rebuild anything from scratch.

Yes, there are a couple of small steps for them. They'll need to download the new app or log in through a different web address (https://my.quenza.com/). We've built a short guide that walks them through it, and you'll find that linked at the top of this page so you can share it with them directly.

Yes. You can carry on using Quenza as normal while the migration happens in the background, so there's no downtime for you or your clients.

No. Nothing is lost or altered in the process. Everything transfers exactly as it is.

When you move to the new Quenza, you'll choose the plan that fits you best from our current tiers. You're not locked into anything based on your old Classic plan, so you can pick the option that matches how you work today.

Yes, a few. Aggregated group results aren't available yet, and customizing the colors of the client app isn't there yet either. Both are on our roadmap and will be added. If either of these is important to your work, let us know and we'll keep you posted on timing.

No, the new Quenza has a different, more modern mobile app. Your clients will need to download it to continue. The guide linked at the top of this page walks them through exactly how to do that.

Just contact our support team and they'll sort it out for you. Your Classic data isn't deleted right away after migrating, so we can always go back or make adjustments if anything needs fixing. Nothing is set in stone the moment you move.
